1. Product Returns and Exchanges
1.1. Return and Exchange of Physical Products:
You can return or exchange physical products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the item has not been used and is in its original packaging and condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sqmusic.business@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
1.2. Return and Exchange of Digital Products:
Digital products (e.g., Sample Packs) cannot be returned or exchanged since they are delivered instantly after payment and are considered used once downloaded.
2. Refunds
2.1. Refund Process:
Refunds for returned physical products will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received.
In the case of refusal of delivery, a refund will be issued after the item is returned to our warehouse.
2.2. Exclusions:
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided in the following cases:
If the product has been used, damaged, or lost its original condition.
If more than 14 days have passed since the product was received.
3. Product Issues
3.1. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
